  3. No Contract, Start ASAP
  4. Pay rate: Commission based – 30%
  5. Work schedule:  set your own hours,   must have clear goal to close positions and business deals.
  6. Job type: Freelancer
  7. Location: 100% Remote – Worldwide

Recruiter Responsibilities – I

  • You will source and recruit candidates for clients in USA, Europe, Asia and Africa to become a professional recruiter and Earn Extra Income.
  • Pick one or more job advert(s) everyday for posting, marketing, attracting applicants and start recruiting. When a candidate is hired, you will earn commission for your hard work. The more you refer qualified candidates, the higher chance of earning up more money up to $15,000.
  • Attract applicants, receive applicants using free job posting platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebooks and other free online platforms..We do not use paid/premium job posting platforms/ packages. All recruiters must use free online platforms to find clients and candidates.
  • Shortlist top talents.
  • communicate with hiring managers via admin to make sure a good connection with candidates.

Sales Responsibilities – II

  • includes sourcing for clients worldwide who are looking  to talents for  Remote working positions and freelance Jobs.

–  At least to close one deal per month(optional)

  • must be able to create business proposal templates
  • Can identify, negotiate new business deals with less supervision.
  • Can create presentations for clients and close deals.
